Sidelines exists to INSPIRE, GROW, CONNECT and CELEBRATE coaches at every stage of their journey. A place to share ideas, experiences and knowledge, learn from one another and be inspired by coaches from around the world — breaking down the silos that can separate us.
We want to shine a light on the importance of coaching and the great people behind it — recognising the difference they make, sharing their stories and experiences, and helping more people understand what great coaching can achieve.

Sidelines brings coaches together — creating a place to belong, connect and feel part of something bigger, whatever your sport, level or coaching experience.

But we also believe coaching should be more inclusive and diverse. Too many people still don’t see coaching as a place where they can belong, or have the opportunity to take part and progress. Sidelines wants to help break down those barriers, bring different voices and experiences into coaching, and inspire more people to play a part in the coaching community.
And by doing that, we hope to inspire the next generation of coaches to step forward and discover the difference they can make.
